Occasionally there are threads which I'd like to keep but still want the rest
of the ng to be cleaned out by housekeeping.
It would be extremely useful if the File|Save option in knode could save an
entire thread (preferably from the selected entry downwards) and to be able to
either import or read these locally stored threads.
