In System Settings I choosed Dutch to be the Desktop language. However Kontact
shows a.o. the Toolbar with English text and so are other messages and menus.
I could not find the file /usr/share/locale/nl/LC_MESSAGES/kontact.mo but also
.../kmail.mo is missing.
