when changing the entries in the 'local subscription' dialog, the folder list
isn’t updated. I updated the server-side subscription, to make akonadi aware of
some folders containing an adressbook. The changes were immediately visible in
the folder list. After removing the folder from 'local subscription', the
folder list isn’t updated. I needed to restart Kontact to make the folder
disappear in kmail. I tried several combinations but it turned out that
whatever I do, after changing local subscription, the list isn’t updated.

Steps to Reproduce:
* remove any folder from 'local subscription' of some IMAP-folder
Actual Results:
* find the folder still in the view
Expected Results:
* folder-list gets updated and does not show the folder removed
