The localized date format is not respected when selecting the time interval to
view the calendar in and when creating a new appointment/todo.
(E.g. in Germany it should be 13.12.2011, whereas in the US it might be
12.13.2011).
Observed in version 4:4.5~20100912.1174548-1maemo1.1173569 .
