We found the problem is especially occouring on coperate setups with $HOME ode $USER on NFS Servers. If an user logs on using an other worstation, which is using $HOME of $USER the mysql embedded backend crashes/destroys the data. Also it is impossible to use the Resources on any other workstaions. In other words: critical failure. In support cases we recommend to use thunderbird als running email client within those call ins.
