Settings window simply cannot be used because if you select a tab (or a picture
left side), that doesn't change the settings window immediately, but a step
later.
Eg. if you select "Editor" then "Security" _then_ you get the "Editor" panel.
But you cannot do anything inside.
Reproducible: Always
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.34.4-0.1-desktop
