For several dialogs to create or edit items a separate window is opened
containing the dialog. E.g. if the user clicks on New Appointment button in
korg-mobile the dialog is opened in a new window. After closing the dialog the
maemo window overview is shown instead of switching back to korg-mobile. After
closing a window dialog the focus should go back to the corresponding
application.
