KMail 2.0.89/KDE 4.5.68
I am not able to create new folder immediately below "KMail Folders". When I
select hierarchy root, menu option "Add Folder" is inactive. Nor am I able to
move (drag'n'drop) folder there.
Folder that were created under kmail1 were imported and working fine. This is
regression against kmail1 which limits configurability.
