With version 4:4.5~20100920.1177660-1maemo1.1177547 the flap in the main view
can be made display two sections
1) start kmail-mobile
2) open the "Actions" flap, select "Accounts", close the flap
3) select "Local Folders"
4) open flap
5) close flap
6) select "Home"
7) open flap
It will show both options for the "Home" Section and for the "Accounts"
section, while the "Accounts" section is visually highlighted as selected.
