With 4:4.5~20100920.1177660-1maemo1.1177547 , deletion of an "imcomplete
account" (i.e. an account that showed up as "Kolab" + "demo.kolab.org") left
the account "alive" in the tree view. Folders could be selected and showed the
contained emails etc.
In the flap however, in the Accounts section, the Account did not show up
anymore.
After restart of the application, no accounts showed up in the tree view
anymore (not even the "Local Folders").
I am relatively sure that a similar action with the same version succeeded
before, thus the "sometimes" in this issues title.
