In version 4:4.5~20100921.1177779-1maemo1.1177763 when opening the "Actions"
flap from the initial view, the Edit/Delete/Add Actions from the Acounts
section do not show icons anymore.
Similary, the Quit and Work Offline ~buttons in the Application Section from
the same flap also do not show icons any more.
