It's not possible to copy/move mails and folders to an IMAP Inbox. The dialog
to choose the target folder is missing an Inbox entry.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Select a folder in kmail-mobile
2) Open Actions flap and select edit submenu
3) Click on Move Folder To ...
