Sometimes the initial "kontact mobile" splash screen with the akonadi startup
progress bar does not show up.
First intuition is that it is not displayed when the window is switched before
the screen comes into focus.
For the user then it looks as if the application would not work or the
respective button from the menu was missed ("Oups i did not hit 'KDE
Contacts'").
Observed in 4:4.5~20100930.1181090-1maemo1.1180919 and earlier versions.
