After initial start, korganizer-mobile does not show any calendars. Shortly
after the startup, the "Personal Calendar" appears.
In the Actions flap Accounts section, "akonadi_ical_resource_0" and "Personal
Calendar" are shown. The first one comes surprising and was not there in
previous versions, i believe.
Seen in version 4:4.5~20101001.1181693-1maemo4.1181469 .
