If a body of a mail contains the word attachment or in German Anhang a warning
dialog should pop up if no attachment is present when the users tries to send a
mail.
Steps to reproduce:
0) Start kmail-mobile
1) Open create mail dialog/composer.
2) Add a To address
3) Add a subject to the mails
4) Add a text to the mail containing the word "attachment"
5) Try to send the mail
Mail is sent without a warning.
