Upon start, Kmail does not always display all of the favourite folders in the
favourite folders area.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KMail
2. Mark a selection of folders a favourites (I have marked 8)
3. Check they all appear in the favourite folders area
3. Close KMail
4. Restart KMail
5. Check the favourite folders area again
Actual Results:
Sometimes all of the favourite folders appear in the correct place. Sometimes
it is only a subset.
Expected Results:
All of the folders marked as favourites should appear in the favourite folders
area every time KMail is started.
