The group headers in the email listing of a folder is wasting
too much space.
E.g. I get three lines "today", "Friday", "Thursday", which reduce the
display of email lines for three entries.
a) Should be configurable to switch off (perhaps per folder)
b) if three entries would occupy one email height slot, it would be much more
acceptable.
