When setting up an external editor, there should be an option to include the
mail headers into the text file. Other mail clients, e.g. mutt, do that, and
there are editors that can handle headers (e.g. syntax highlighting).
Advantage: you can e.g. change the subject while composing the mail, you don't
forget to whom you are writing, etc.
