Invoking kmail, the kmail-migrator starts and tells me "Migration successfully
completed" but I get the following on the console - and no kmail running at
all:
$ kmail
kmail2(5232): Akonadi migration failed!

"--interactive-on-change")
kmail2(5232): exit code: 3
kmail2(5232): stdout: ""
kmail2(5232): stderr: ""
