Today's trunk.
KMail2 does not show custom icons for imap folders with special roles
(Trash/Sent/Templates), either immediately on setting icons or on restart.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Edit Identity, Advanced Tab, set eg Sent Mail Folder, Ok dialog, observe
unchanged icon in folderlist.
