kdepimlibs/akonadi/contact/editor/data/ has a zone.tab file, but that looks
very outdated compared to /usr/share/zoneinfo/zone.tab in Ubuntu 10.10 and also
outdated compared to the recent translation catalog timezones4.
The geoeditwidget loads the translation catalog timezones4, but parses the
outdated copy of zone.tab in kdepimlibs/akonadi/contact/editor/data/. Because
the catalog timezones4 was generated from a different zone.tab, this leads to
untranslated items in geoeditwidget.
