After rebooting the test device becomes unresponsive for some time ~30 seconds
in the field to enter the pin. After aborting this dialog the device is
unresponsive again for ~15 seconds before one can get into the Start Menu.
Test Device: HTC Touch Pro 2
This is most likely caused by the autostart of Akonadi running with a to high
priority.
