I have an IMAP folder that I have marked as containing contacts. Now this
properly shows up in addressbook. Now I added a subfolder in this folder from
inside addressbook. After the next start it did not show up in addressbook, but
in KMail. The new folder in KMail was set to "contains emails". Manually
changing this to contacts made it show up in addressbook again.
