Since moving to Kmail2, my IMAP accounts have stopped working. I have tried
both the normal as well as disconnected mode.
Not sure what else I can tell you about the bug but my workplace uses a MS
Exchange 2008 based IMAP server. I have been using this IMAP account for
several years with Kmail 1.x with out any issues.

Steps to Reproduce:
Start Kmail2. Create an IMAP account. Try to fetch mails.
Actual Results:
No emails are fetched.
Expected Results:
Emails stored/received on the IMAP servers should be sync'ed locally.
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.37-rc3-git1-6-default
