After I changed my settings to prefer plain text to HTML for multipart messages
(Security->Reading), I lost the toggle bar that used to be shown along the left
edge of the message that allowed toggling between the two formats. The toggle
is only shown if the preferred format is HTML. (Except that it doesn't do
anything any more, which is filed as bug 264577.)
