At one point (as described in bug 254530), I lost the settings for templates
for replies to sender, replies to all/list, and forwarding. All templates were
reset to %BLANK.
What I thought should be possible is to reset them to their out-of-the-box
defaults by clicking the "defaults" button in the settings dialog. This seems
to have no effect, however. I'm opening this bug to track the reset-to-defaults
issue, as opposed to bug 254530.
