With changing the Qt version used for Kontact Touch on Maemo 5 the account
wizard input fields are to small again. It now really hard to insert correct
values and to create a correct account setup.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open kmail mobile
2) Open actions flap
3) Choose Accounts
4) Click on Add
