I am not sure if this is a bug for KIdleTime but i can only say that it
manifests itself in the akonadi_nepomuk_mail_feeder.
On Windows this feeder always reports "system is busy", in a setup where
contact_feeder and calendar_feeder correctly fill the index (because they have
idle detection disabled) this leads to mails not beeing indexed at all.
