After i created a distribution list/group in kaddressbook for the first time no
name or address showed up when i reopened the group item. I found a hint in a
forum, stopped akonadi, deleted ~/.config/akonadi and started akonadi again.
After that kaddressbook could remember the distribution list/group entries.
The distribution list showed up in kmail, but no email addresses are available.
When i send a mail to the distribution list, the recipient is "name of the
distribution list"@hostname
Reproducible: Always
