The "References" field should be editable becouse it can too long some time.
Some references at begin of line can be removed at this case. Perhaps a button
"reduce references" can be usable.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a huge discussion's tree
Actual Results:
Message is not sent to the news server.
Expected Results:
Opportunity to reduce the "References" field.
