Add a option to section "POP preferences" to Keep messages in server and delete
from it when i delete the mail locally and empty the trash
Reproducible: Always

Inexistent option
Actual Results:
Only i can keep a quantity of messages by time or size, but i can't keep it
some of there (albeit important) without maintain them forever
Expected Results:
Option needed!
