If one copies a new folder via die file manager to the directory that is set
for a kmail folders resource and sync the folder (and all sub-folders) that
folder should be shown immediately in kmail as well as akondisconsole.
Yet it takes minutes before it suddenly shows-up. Even restarting akonadi does
not show it right-away.
The time until it shows-up might depend on the amount of emails in the folder.
This does however not have anything to do with showing the folder, even if its
content is still being worked on the folder can already be shown.
