You motivated me to create new blank user account and guess what - it worked flawlessly there! So this must be something wrong with my config. Do you have idea where could it be before a throw away all kmail config and start from scratch? Concerning this bug I think it could be closed as WORKSWORME because my issue to be just weird configuration problem.
