I have set-up some filters that only refer to either the subject or the
mailinglist id, yet never the actual content.
Yet if an email arrives in the imap inbox the whole email is downloaded while
filtering instead of just downloading the headers and only start downloading
the whole email in case it has to be moved to some local folder.
Reproducible: Didn't try
