When I start kmail2, it displays a messageBox stating
"KMail encountered a fatal error and will terminate now.
The error was:
Failed to fetch the resource collection."

If I put the window on the side withoud closing it, KMail is fully operational.
But if I click OK or close this box, KMail quits.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch kmail
Actual Results:
KMail quits.
Expected Results:
KMail program ready to use.
Please let me know what other information may be useful.
I can provide quite all the needed information, as I'm running from git master.
