Emptying the trash folder does not work when you have lots of items on it
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
* Click on the trash folder
* While the spinning wheel is spinning rightclick on the folder and choose
empty trash
Actual Results:
* Half of the emails are not deleted
Expected Results:
* All the emails are deleted
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0-ARCH
