After starting Akregator once it keeps coming up on system boot.
I want the feature to stop this behaviour from happening.
If I do not want Akregator there is no way for a normal user to stop it from
autorunning upon startup.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Start up
Actual Results:
Akregator automatically starts
Expected Results:
Do nothing instead
