Since the 4.7.2 version of Kontact arrived through Kubuntu's updates (version
11.10) the composer has word wrap disabled by default. This is suboptimal
because it has to enabled every time now. Of course, I assume working without
word wrap and having to scroll horizontally to read long paragraph is
undesirable.
