When I run a spell checker on the composed message, it identifies the
misspelled word but neither "replace" or "replace all" have any effect.
Moreover, it would be nice if spell checking would work like in most other
programs, i.e. if the mistyped word would be highlighted as I type (see
LibreOffice, Firefox, Thunderbird).
