I've added 2 pop3 accounts but there is no folders for mail to left and it
doesn't allow to create.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Open kmail add accounts, Download new mails
Expected Results:
Mail download in folders
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.1.4-gentoo
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
