It took me long time searching Internet to find out that the little square at
the left of the address book name should checked to see the address.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Create new address book and add new contact.
Actual Results:
Don't see the contact.
Expected Results:
See the contact.
Simple modification: Have the "view contact" check box checked by default when
creating a new address book or when opening Kaddressbook for the first time.
