When configuring an IMAP account with GSSAPI auth, it shows up in the agents
list with the message "No server configured yet". It's not listed in the kmail
folders list nor in the Akonadi Console Browser and it's never synced. The
account works perfectly fine in Thunderbird.

configure imap account with GSSAPI auth

Expected Results:
a working mail account, obviously.
