Since I updated to 4.8.2 yesterday all my dIMAP accounts are always offline. If
I go to akonadiconsole and try to toggle them online they immediately switch
back to offline. The log of akonadiconsole shows nothing when I toggle. The
current task according to akonadiconsole for all is invalid.
