Estonian holidays file is a little bit outdated, so I updated it, based on the
current file in kdepimlibs/kholidays/holidays/plan2 (there was also plan1 file
but reading revealed plan2 file should be more relevant - if not, please tell
me).
As it is first time for me to try and edit such file, please tell me also if
I've done all correctly.
