This time it has done so over 150 times. I have to pick "Keep Both" as the poorly-designed dialog box makes it too hard to visually compare the differences. I now have 973 emails so there must be about 250 potential duplicates now, with no easy way or working out which of each I need to keep. What is the conflict that needs resolving?
