Of course one can configure which browser should be the main browser in KDE, but as I understand this wish, this is about selecting a different browser on case to case basis which is needed when certain pages do not work in the standard browser (but one does not want to change the standard browser). Dolphin has an "Open With" in the context menu showing the other programs capable of opening a specfic filetype.
