While composing a message, if you open the settings (Menu Settings>Configure
KMail), and then close the settings window, the dictionary language of the
message is changed to the default.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start composing a message
2. (If the dictionary row is not shown, make it visible.)
3. Change the dictionary language to something else.
4. Open Configuration settings (Menu Settings, KMail configuration)
5. Close settings window with OK.
Actual Results:
The dictionary language is changed in the new message window.
Expected Results:
Nothing in the new message window should change.
