I created a TODO item with a start date in the future. I configured kontact to
exclude unstarted todos from the summary page. However the item was still
shown there.
I changed away from the summary and back to force a refresh, which sometimes
seems to be necessary, but the item was still wrongly shown.
Reproducible: Always
