If one creates a new distribution list, i.e. enters some email addresses in the
composer and clicks on "save distribution list", the list is added to
kaddressbook.
Auto-completion in a new composer does not work.
One can however pick the distribution list via the composer > and the "select"
next to the email address' field. The name of the distribution list is added to
the address field.
Sending the email shows that not the email addresses of the distribution list
is not added to the email but just the hostname added to the distribution
list's name, i.e. DistributionListName@hostname.
KDE SC 4.9.2. It is reported as not working in 4.8.5 as well, it did however
work in >= 4.6.
