I created a top level folder, and it shows up in my Gmail account (through the web interface), but nowhere does the folder appear in Kmail. Every time kmail logs in, an error pops up, saying "Gmail: Unknown Error. (Could not create collection <folder> resourceId: 5)". In Kmail's local folder subscriptions list, the folder is also missing.
